TWIN Hotel, Spa and More Walkthrough: All Achievements and Endings Guide

Elevator-operator route — first hotel shift, two-button sequence, left/right fork, TWIN World, Mannequin Factory, SPACOOL spa, four endings, and achievement hooks.

Last updated: September 30, 2026

Start Here

Learn elevator queue + memorized up/down sequence → finish shift → left elevator for TWIN World / Pit / Mannequin → right elevator for Manager / Freedom (reset, 0 deaths) → spa side for rest of achievements.

If you ask "where I go next?", start with sections below on this TWIN Hotel, Spa and More hub page.

You are elevator operator — you not walk the hotel, you move the cab. Queue floor buttons, read management notes, survive mannequins. Short horror shift sim that turns into TWIN World rabbit hole.

This hub = my full route from first guest to four endings. Detail lists = All Endings · All Achievements.

  • First shift — normal multi-floor elevator, management notes, guest queue
  • Two-button elevator — memorize up/down sequence; buttons swap sometimes
  • Shift end — left vs right elevator = different worlds (not replay order — fork choice)
  • TWIN World (left) — Mannequin Factory, one-way floors, Pit, Mannequin ending, SPACOOL wall route
  • Right elevator — Manager ending (after at least one death) · Sweet Sweet Freedom (full reset, zero deaths)
  • Twin Spa / SPACOOL — second elevator job, VIP rooms, most leftover achievements
  • 100% — Endings order + Achievements cleanup runs

Controls and basics

  • You cannot walk the building freely — you live in the elevator.
  • Guests appear and ask for floors. Press floor buttons to queue stops. Open the door on their floor.
  • Order of button presses = order of stops. Plan ahead or guests complain / worse.
  • Red buttons are disabled — do not press.
  • Management notes pop up on the panel — read them. Ignore = injury or death.
  • Some guests try to scare you — usually fine if you follow notes.

Tip: I write guest floors on paper when queue gets long. Bad UI, but saves reruns.

First hotel shift

  1. Start the job — Onboarding Processing achievement pops when shift begins (achievements).
  2. Serve guests — press their floor, stop, open door. Finish first assignment for A Job Well Done.
  3. Read every management note when it appears.
  4. Standing mannequin on early shift — stare at it long enough for Sometimes They Do That (weird, but free achievement).
  5. Work through until game swaps you to the two-button elevator (up/down only, no floor numbers).

Two-button elevator sequence

Management shows a movement sequence once. You only see it one time — write it down.

Elevator movement sequence — memorize once

Elevator sequence

Two-button operator notice — up and down only

Two-button notice — buttons swap mid-shift

How I run it:

  1. Only two buttons — up and down. They swap positions mid-shift. Watch which side is which before each press.
  2. Input the 11 moves in order from the table.
  3. Hit the correct final floor — missing a guest stop can punish you hard.
  4. Finish shift cleanly if you can — matters for Sweet, Sweet Freedom later (needs zero deaths on a reset run).

Tip: Sequence is same every run. I tape it to monitor. Buttons swapping is the real difficulty.

After your shift — left or right

End of shift you get a fork: left elevator or right elevator. This is the big branch — not “chapter 2”, more like pick your nightmare.

Elevator Where it goes Main payoff
Left TWIN World — Mannequin Factory, Pit, Mannequin ending, SPACOOL secret The Pit · Mannequin · most factory/spa achievements
Right Manager route · Freedom route (strict conditions) Meet the Manager · Sweet, Sweet Freedom

Death is not the end — you respawn. Death Is No Excuse achievement = die once (mannequin or bad ending both count). Some endings require a death first; Freedom wants no deaths on a fresh reset.

TWIN World and Mannequin Factory

Pick left elevator — Welcome to the Other Side / Welcome to the Mannequin Factory achievements.

Rules I follow

  • Do not touch mannequins — they can steal your body.
  • Do not enter VIP Room 2 in factory/spa unless you want I told you not to open it on purpose.
  • Many floors are one-way — once you leave, you cannot revisit. Loot notes and look around before moving cab.
  • Mannequins move when you not look — genau, horror elevator rules.
  • Sparkle Room (star door in factory) = trap / bad end — skip unless you want the scare.

Factory exploration order

  1. Follow voice / signage into Twin Mannequin Factory — run into sticker wall if path blocks (secret entrance from video route).
  2. Start low (B1) and work up — explore each stop fully.
  3. Find VIP Room 1 when spa section opens — VIP Guest achievement.
  4. Floor -666 / contact room — mannequin tricks you if you trust it → Mannequin ending (different route via SPACOOL wall — see endings leaf).
  5. Golden figure + pit — jump in for The Pit and The Pit / As Above So Below achievements.

Tip: Normal left-elevator run without secret wall still hits Pit branch — endings leaf has exact fork for Mannequin vs Pit.

SPACOOL route and Twin Spa

Secret Mannequin path and full spa chapter live here.

Mannequin ending path (summary)

  1. At fork go left elevator.
  2. Turn left again before boarding — follow leaning mannequin, walk through wall (You're not supposed to be here).
  3. Ride SPACOOL elevator — rest is exploration + luck; full steps in Mannequin ending.

SPACOOL zone — Twin Spa elevator

SPACOOL

Twin Spa shift

After SPACOOL wall route or normal TWIN progression you can get spa operator job:

  • SPACOOL! — enter SPACOOL zone after wall route.
  • SPACOOL Elevator Spotted — start spa shift in TWIN spa elevator.
  • Knock First — approach restroom in Twin Spa properly.
  • Happy Ending? — in spa go right until SPACOOL door.
  • Visit 5th floor in SPACOOL cab — No Giant Spiders Inside.
  • VIP 1 when available; VIP 2 only if you want the forbidden achievement.
  • Finish full spa shift — A Chance to Escape, Change!, A Stranger Job Well Done.

Floor quirks and achievement hooks

Weird floors while operating — quick list so you not miss pop-ups during any shift:

Floor / location What to do Achievement
5.600 Spot the Angel Angel... Baby... Angel..
9.001 Visit Other Side Outside the Other Side
9.800 Escort babies to this floor Happy Family
2.000 Something watches — look around It is watching
LG Go to light source, look down What was that?
4.036 Weird red guest — bring to LG Wrong Floor
G Close + reopen elevator door No Escape
626 Close + reopen door (same trick) A Familiar Place
Factory pit level Reach pit floor The Pit
Left elevator, normal Finish Pit route As Above So Below
Left path, later Top-right elevator button choice Why is that there?

Full wording + 100% order = Achievements.

Four endings — quick map

Game tracks four main endings — I used separate runs / resets:

# Ending Short trigger
1 Meet the Manager Die ≥ once → right elevator → finish shift
2 The Pit Left elevator → reach pit → jump
3 Mannequin Left, then left again → SPACOOL → follow mannequin through wall
4 Sweet, Sweet Freedom Reset game (not restart) for 0 deaths → right elevator

Sweet Sweet Freedom — Ending 4

Ending 4 — Sweet, Sweet Freedom

Steps + video proof = All Endings.

100% checklist

My order (minimize resets):

  1. First play — learn elevator + sequence. Die once on purpose for Death Is No Excuse + unlock Manager requirement. Snag floor achievements during shifts (list).
  2. The Pit — left elevator run.
  3. Mannequin — left + secret wall + SPACOOL.
  4. Meet the Manager — after ≥1 death, right elevator.
  5. Main menu → Reset (not Continue) — zero deaths run → Sweet, Sweet Freedom.
  6. Spa / SPACOOL cleanup — VIP, restroom, 5th floor, VIP 2 if missing I told you not to open it.

Tip: Reset wipes death counter. Restart / Continue does not — Freedom failed for me until I reset from menu.

Bonus note: Fright Train is separate game on menu after credits — not part of this hub. I not cover it here.
