Purple mystery prompts around town — what Akira on apartment 2F asks you to clear for Time of Mysteries. Blood Moon resets solved mysteries; see moon events.

1 — Blue-light ATM

Mall — enter and walk straight ahead. Glowing blue ATM on the main path.

• Interact → skill/stat check
• Pass → reward (I have not failed this roll yet — failure outcome unknown)

Fast mystery for Akira's complete any one step. Zero combat.

2 — Lakeside weirdo and mermaid

Route: Sewers → Lakeside → head left.

1. Talk to the weirdo blocking the path
2. Choose "I'm here to merge with the lake" — he lets you through (wrong line = blocked)
3. Walk to the far end → mermaid fight

Bring mid-game gear and food. Win = mermaid drop + weirdo reward. Do not rush this on a fresh save.

Same Lakeside zone as fishing and Fisherman Herb — bundle the trip.

3 — Maggot Man (white maggot bait)

Sewers — left side. NPC Maggot Man (蛆男).

• Trade Mysterious Meat → White Maggots (special bait)
• Sewer pool fish seem to prefer white maggots over standard bait

Mysterious Meat drops from boxes and garbage — see foraging. No combat on this mystery if you only trade.

Note: Different from Uzumak in the residential laundry basement — that is a boss fight, not this sewer NPC.

4 — Homeland Watch

Find the Homeland Watch sign (家园守望). Game warns you are being watched.

• Walk around the immediate area until an ambush triggers
• Enemies hit hard — I have not cleared this one yet on under-geared runs

Save before you wander. Skip until your build matches mall-mine tier.

5 — Mall sports store

Mall sports shop — upper-right, dark counter.

• Interact with the counter → story scene / mystery resolve

Short stop — fold into any mall key or vending machine run.

1. Apartment 2F → talk to Akira
2. Finish any one mystery above → report back
3. Accept three mysteries task → clear three → report again
4. Continue the chain as new steps unlock
